Privacy Policy

Email Chat connects to your Google and Microsoft mailboxes via OAuth. We request only the scopes needed to read, send, and modify mail on your behalf.

What we store

OAuth tokens (encrypted with AES-256-GCM), message metadata, message bodies you've ingested, your profile (name, email, avatar), and audit logs of actions you take.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not train AI models on the content of your mail. We do not share your data with third parties except where required to deliver the service (Google, Microsoft, our AI provider for in-session requests only).

Your rights

You can disconnect any mailbox, revoke any session, and permanently delete your account and all associated mail from the Profile page.
